Our rustic and charming cabin-style home is a self-catered peaceful haven located mere steps away from Canyon Lookout, in the very heart of the world heritage listed Gondwana Rainforest of Springbrook, with stunning views and unique flora and fauna at your doorstep.
We offer 2 accommodation options:
Option 1 – One Bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults and is situated on the ground floor.
Option 2 – Two Bedrooms suitable for up to 4 guests. This gives you both the ground floor and upstairs bedrooms.

There is a highly diverse range of flora and fauna which you can observe and enjoy on the property and the surrounding national park.
Less than 40kms to the Gold Coast and 100kms to Brisbane means you are never far from the beaches or shopping. Explore the ancient and stunning Gondwana wilderness rainforest, experience the antics of colourful native birds and Australian wildlife, with access right outside our doorstep. This rustic cabin-style home is perfect for singles, or one or two couples, wanting to get away or explore Springbrook. Bookings are required and depending on availability, please enquire for more info. Beautiful scenery in one of the most idyllic locations Queensland has to offer. There are many hikes nearby for those of you who enjoy getting out and interacting with nature and they are all free. Spectacular Canyon Lookout, with sweeping views to the Gold Coast, is literally only a couple minutes walk away from your home and is the starting point of the beautiful Twin Falls and Warrie hikes with ancient forests, waterfalls, waterways and unique Australian wildlife.

We are situated at Banksia Rd, Springbrook, you will need a car as there is no public transport. There are also no fuel stations on the mountain, so please fill up beforehand. The nearest shopping centre and fuel is located in Mudgeeraba, approximately 25 minutes drive away.
Our cabin relies on rainwater and has a septic system. We kindly ask that guests be mindful of their water usage, and please only flush toilet paper.
Please bring warm clothing and wet weather gear as the weather is changeable and temperatures are generally 6-8 degrees cooler than down the mountain, which is wonderful in summer.
Please note WIFI & TV is not available and mobile phone range can be limited on the mountain depending on your provider. Why not bring a book, immerse yourself in the wonderscape directly around about, and enjoy the soothing peace & tranquility.
